TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Kate Richman Photography. This website is owned and operated by Kate Richman Photography Pty Ltd trading as Kate Richman Photography. Email KateRichmanPhotography@gmail.comWhen you choose to purchase our product, you are subject to the following terms and conditions and advise you to read these conditions carefully prior to purchase. Once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
PRIVACY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Kate Richman Photography.
SECURITY
Kate Richman Photography, does not collect or record any credit card details you provide when purchasing products from our website.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless stated for overseas deliveries). Kate Richman Photography, reserves the right to change pricing at discretion and without notice on items for sale.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards including, AfterPay (subject to their terms and conditions).
PRODUCTION TIME FRAME
Kate Richman Photography use custom, hand made frames in black, white and oak (please note shades of oak may vary). All frames are hand-made locally in the Sydney area. Please note, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed depending on time of the year.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note, any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country the item is shipped to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
Kate Richman Photography is unable to advise how much these duties will cost. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGES (within Australia only)
Our guarantee is that all images are professionally photographed and those items listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. If for some reason an item is not what you ordered, please email katerichmanphotography@gmail.com.
Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind as works made to order. These will have been made to the agreed specifications.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight. Each of the photographs has its own hanging method. We also recommend using acid free tape if you are framing the print yourself to avoid yellowing the print.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
Kate Richman Photography products are hand produced using the highest quality products. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days, including emailing a photograph of the damaged product to allow for a replacement to be organised.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please insist that this is noted with the carrier prior to signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
